CO-FOUNDER/COO
Frank is an attorney, a founder, and an inventor. He spent 20 years designing industrial equipment and reworking how industrial thermal heating is done. Through the company he co-founded, Melting and Filling Equipment, Inc., his equipment designs are used by Fortune 500 customers. He also runs FDP Law, advising on intellectual property, artificial intelligence, digital assets and blockchain, compliance and governance, technology transactions, and founder-side counsel. He looks at every business as a system. When Hydra evaluates an acquisition, Frank takes it apart to find the bottlenecks and the inefficiencies, then works out what has to change for the company to run better and earn more. That is why he runs operations. Once a company is ours, his job is making sure the team keeps doing it.
